1 Hour Facial

NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT

This relaxing facial Improves skin texture and circulation, tones facial muscles and softens lines and wrinkles. SELF-TANNING TREATMENT

A natural looking tan can be achieved by using St. Tropez self-tan lotion, which develops over a period of 4-8 hours and can last for approximately 7 days by following the aftercare advice provided. This treatment includes exfoliation and moisturising. Shave or wax 24hrs before and wear dark loose clothing. Please remove perfume and deodorant before treatment.

WAXING

Using lavender and aloe vera soothing warm wax, this is a very fast and effective method of removing hair by the root, leaving no unsightly stubble.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy is the controlled use of essential oils during massage to promote physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. The increased blood flow and warmth created by the massage increases the rate of absorption of essential oils into the blood stream. Deeply grounding and relaxing. (1 ¼ hour)

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This treatment allows you to be seated and clothed. A massage of the upper back, shoulders head and face with the optional use of essential oils. Ideal if you are feeling tired, stressed or overworked, as it leaves you invigorated. (45 mins)

STONE THERAPY MASSAGE

A therapeutic massage using heated basalt stones to aid relaxation, circulation, and detoxification and to ease tension in aching muscles. Chilled marble stones can also be used in combination, on areas for anti-inflammatory and pain relieving benefits. This holistic therapy provides the ultimate physical, spiritual and sensory experience and works many times deeper than conventional massage.

HOPI EARCANDLES

A relaxing treatment used to promote healing. Ideal for a variety of conditions such as excessive or compacted ear wax, blocked sinuses, pressure regulation and headaches. The candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes. The chimney principle draws impurities, and the vibration of the flame generates a gentle massage effect on the eardrum.
